Our mandate
Hear See Do exists to help people build the confidence to communicate, learn, and take action.
Through language education, movement, storytelling, personal development, and the responsible use of AI, we create opportunities for learners to discover their voice and develop greater independence.
Our guiding principle is Confidence First—confidence before correctness. We encourage learners to attempt, explore, and express themselves, then support them in developing accuracy and understanding.
1. Confidence First learning
We treat mistakes as part of learning. Feedback must be respectful, useful, and encouraging. We never use humiliation, ridicule, or comparisons that undermine a learner’s confidence.
2. Meaningful communication
Our lessons connect knowledge with practical use. Learners receive opportunities to speak, listen, move, create, ask questions, and apply what they learn.
3. Safety and wellbeing
Learner safety guides every activity. Children remain under appropriate supervision, and release or transfer requires confirmation through an agreed handoff process. Safety concerns and incidents are documented, reviewed, and addressed promptly. Detailed procedures are agreed with families, venues, and partner schools as appropriate.
4. Inclusion and accessibility
We respect differences in language, culture, identity, ability, and learning needs. We work with learners, families, and partners to identify reasonable and helpful adjustments, and we communicate honestly about the support we can provide.
5. Responsible AI
AI may support learning, creativity, practice, and reflection, but it does not replace human judgment, teachers, families, or relationships. Learners are encouraged to question outputs, check important information, identify uncertainty, and make their own decisions. Children’s use requires age-appropriate safeguards, clear adult oversight, and appropriate limits on data collection and access.
6. Privacy and consent
We collect information only for clearly explained purposes and limit access to people who need it. Permission to use a learner’s name, image, voice, or work in publicity is obtained separately from participation. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, and consent may be withdrawn subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
7. Clear communication and fair terms
Families and partners receive clear information about services, fees, schedules, cancellations, refunds, and responsibilities before committing. Material changes are communicated promptly, and program-specific terms are made available before enrollment or payment.
8. Professional conduct
Everyone representing Hear See Do is expected to communicate respectfully, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, protect confidentiality, prepare reliably, follow safeguarding requirements, and act in the learner’s best interests.
9. Accountability and improvement
We welcome questions, feedback, and complaints without retaliation. Concerns may be raised through our contact form or by email at hearseedo.english@gmail.com. We will acknowledge a concern promptly, explain the next steps, investigate it fairly, and communicate the outcome as appropriate.
We review our teaching, materials, technology, safety procedures, and service delivery using feedback, incident learning, and evidence of learner progress. Where something needs to improve, we take proportionate action and follow up.
Our commitment
Every Hear See Do experience should help a learner feel: “I can try. My voice matters. I can grow.”
